1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our site.

2. Services offered

LukeStudio offers web development, UI/UX design, and custom digital solutions. The specific details of each project are defined in individual quotes.

3. Quotes and payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• A 50% deposit is required to start any project
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or in agreed installments
• Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client acquires the usage rights to the final product. LukeStudio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio. The codebase remains subject to third-party licenses used.

5. Timelines and deliveries

Agreed timelines are estimates based on defined requirements. Changes to the project scope may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or materials from the client.

6. Revisions and modifications

The quote includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional modifications are billed separately at the same hourly rate as the project.

7. Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation by the client:

• The deposit is non-refundable
• The client must pay for work completed up to the cancellation date
• The work completed to date is delivered in its current state

8. Limitation of liability

LukeStudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
